Green gables reverie

Weekends pass so fast!
Anyway, I slept a whole lot this weekend because... I think there's just sleep that I need to catch up on. Today Pam Charm Liting and I went on a grad photo-taking session at city hall. Evening times are better because... it prevents squinting. Heh. Anyway, we had a casualty today because she was hit by my flying motar board. I am so sorry about it. The bump was quite a surprise to behold. Anyway. Ice helps. Ice is good for compressing all those excited and traumatized blood vessels.
I just realized that the Parliment house is a lovely place to take photos... with their gray pillars and stone slabes =)
Today my US relatives dropped by Singapore too. It was really cool to see them again. And I realized that my aunt actually has such a splendid place on the hill of bukit timah. That area... is so very un-Singapore like. It's as if you are staying in a resort. You can hear the crickets so loudly outside... and... the place is so green... and there are even monkeys roaming around. Apparently you can attract them by leaving food around the table, as well as open windows. What a cool place to live in.
I also realized that I have library fines again. Ay. Shall return those books tomorrow already. Anne of Green Gables is such a great read. Some writers really have their unique and entertaining style... that surpasses all other cliche novels. Looking forward to reading the next book =) It's a pity that we don't have time to do everything... but I guess that's just makes the activity more bitter sweet.
